Hi guys
Got a zx9r, revs freely when not under load, as soon as its under load it won't rev past 4k stutters then dies, starts straight back up but then won't rev past 3 even when not under load.
I stripped and cleaned the carbs and it again revved freely through the whole range
Took it out again as soon as under load did same again, now won't rev past 4k without stuttering then dying, when I looked at slides they don't lift, when you rev it to 4k there is no slide movement at all not even a judder, the slide pushes up and returns as it should and ther are no holes in the diaghrams, but revving seems to have no effect on them
Any ideas, cheers guys

Have you checked that the coils aren't breaking down on load?

Are you sure that carbs are in good and correct condition? And correctly set up?
