Probably of no help whatsoever to you but I saw a frame just like that with an air cooled Kwak lump in it back in the very late 80's.

I remember thinking at the time how nice it looked.

I know that won't help you but I just had to say Neutral

I immediately presumed an early fireblade, what with the name having '900RR' in it.

A quick look on ebay shows this fireblade engine; which seems to be the same, or close enough:

It does look a lot like the spondon pictured below but there are some differences, like extra mount holes in your frame, the engine in these pics looks slightly different too though so perhaps it is a similar frame for a different blade model:

Hi it had Fireblade 893cc engine in it when i got it,was registered in 2001 with 918cc engine ,i have been in touch with Harris and Spondon ,to which it is neither .All i have kept is the frame and fuel tank.am about to have the frame blasted to see its true condition .Thanks Paul

Thanks for replies,have been in touch with last three previous owners and no one knows,am now awaiting details from DVLA to try and contact the guy that registered it ,with any luck.The frame looks like Spondon,Harris,Steelheart .Does any one know if Martek made steel frames or PEST Thanks Paul

Every Martek frame was alloy, they didn't use anything else.
Try oldskoolperformance like I said earlier, there are some hardcore special builders on there who might well know.

Hi pics do not realy do it justice,welding pretty good on it apart from alterations to rear shock mount which are crap ,it seems to well made for home brew ,but i could be wrong Cheers Paul
