Do they have cameras that can look round the back of my bike?
Eh, I consider all traffic signs to be advisory, and if passed by a Plod or Plod-lite vehicle without blues, will happily bow to their highly trained judgement about what constitutes a safe speed for the conditions. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Im sure a read a post here about someone following an unmarked while on a training mission at above the speed limit.
If i recall right i think the argument against doing so was the fact that the plod are highly trained and members of the public are not hence they can drive faster than us. ____________________ G reg Honda CB1 400; 06 Kawasaki ER6F abs, X reg Bandit 600sy. 1998 Cb600f Hornet. 08 zx6r current. |

Nods to that.
I believe that a lot of coppers - not all, a lot - get into Traffic so that they can grow a stupid moustache, hoon around, have a chase, and give a hypocritical lecture at the end of it. It would be utterly ridiculous to pretend otherwise, unless the police manage to recruit blokes who have sublimated their natural hunting and pursuit instincts.
It's the unmarked bike pursuits that really boil my piss, where coppers make exactly the same judgement about manoeuvres as the bike they're chasing, and repeatedly come to the same conclusion: there's room, there's time, I can get through there without having a smash. And then do the bike in front for "dangerous driving", while claiming that their own near identical riding was somehow safer . The slapheads are kidding nobody. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
