Think we did it right. Tube over bleed nipple with other end in jar with brake fluid in it.
Pull brake lever, open nip half a turn, close nip, let go of lever. We did it until the tube was flowing with clean fluid.
Tested the brakes by rolling the bike forward and putting them on.
Before going out on the bike to properly test them, should i expect them to fail suddenly? Or will i know if they will just by roll testing the brakes?
THanks

Just take it easy, dont go up the road and slam on and expect it to stop. Play it safe.

Thats the right way, I tend to go on feel, if you pump the lever and feel for spongyness etc.

For the front brake, you should feel it is right simply by pushing the bike and applying the brake.

Also double check everything is back where it should be and tightened correctly. Thumbs Up

Took me about 3 days... two of me not getting them to brake properly and another day while it sat in the garage getting done properly Laughing
