Yes on a 125. On a 50, no, PROVIDING YOU PASSED A CBT WITHIN 2 YEARS OF PASSING THE FULL CAR LICENSE!! Thats what im on. I know its cheating, but is 1000 miles a year worth anything else? ____________________ Eat well, poo hard

Ok that all makes sense. Finally got my head around it. Looks like im going to be selling my ybr very soon then and get a lovely restricted 50cc moped
The only reason i would want to keep riding a bike as I will be sharing a car with the GF and if she needs the car i wont be able to get to work.
Thanks for the help. |

Unless you have money to burn, don't even bother now.
You've spent x amount of money to pass your car test, and will be subject to the New Drivers Act (if you pass of course), which means if you get 6 points in the first two years, you have to retake your test and get shafted on insurance for a good few years.
Guess what you'll likely get for not having a valid CBT certificate? |

Can't imagine why you would, unless they asked you if you had a car license when you took out the bike policy. Even then, I wouldn't bother, they'll only Bad Touch you in the wallet for an admin fee.
Good luck with the test, try not to filter. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
