Hi everyone,
This is my first posting. I have a P reg ER5 and it has just failed the MOT on bent handlebars. It fell over on the campsite during heavy winds :0(

I was wondering if any of you fine people had a spare set for sale or perhaps a substitute set to fit. I don't mind a slight drop in bar angle as they are quite high but realistically I just want the cheapest option.

Many thanks for any replies :0)

The standard 7/8ths renthals should fit your ER5 quite nicely. Thumbs Up

I have an ER5 but unfortunately sold the standard bars about 2 weeks back. I have Renthals on mine, they fit fine.

Ah yes,
I had already considered that but where the bend is, the bars have gone fat and flattened out slightly. My main concern is the guy at the test centre being able to spot that I have not actually replaced them and still failing me.

I applaud your enginuity though, a man after my own heart Very Happy
