From what I remember when I rebuilt my CD200T there was a big bore pipe that came from the top of the crankcase that pulsed with the engine running. On my CB125T2 that I am rebuilding at the moment this pipe goes up onto a connector on the bottom of the airbox, but on the 200 it was not connected to anything.

Some connect back to the airbox. Age of your bike i would say it just hangs out the back.

I did check the inlet manifold gasket and it was in reasonable condition so I added a thin smear of Hylomar just to be on the safe side.As for the rubber between the airbox and the carb this quite flexible so was reused.

the breather usually connects to the air box, down stream of the air filter, if yours is like this then either reconnect the breather pipe or blank off the stabbing in the air box, screws up mixture and/or runs very lean otherwise

the breather isn't meant to be blocked I said on the air box the breather pipe spigot can be blocked and the breather pipe left open, although I prefer to fit a filter either to the end of the breather pipe or direct onto the crank case, but if there is a connection on the air box feel free to fit your breather pipe to that

In a full gasket set you get a gasket for between the carb and the heatshield, a gasket between the heatshield the the manifold, and two O rings for each of the manifold legs that connect to the engine if that makes sense?
