Witnessed an accident on the way to work this morning. The guy on the bike was going straight on at a set of lights and a car coming the opposite way was turning right.
The car didn't wait and turned right into the path of the bike and he couldn't do anything but hit the side of the car.

The guy seemed ok when I spoke to him and paramedics reckoned he'd only broken a couple of toes (lucky). I hung around and gave a statement to the police but didn't see the guy again. I was just wondering if he was on here by any chance? The accident was on Whitley Road, Benton about 7am.

If you are on here, hope you're feeling ok fella.

Good on you for stopping. Did you give your contact details to the biker in case there's any insurance hassles?

Didn't think about that when I first stopped to be honest. Then I didn't get a chance after the paramedics took him to the ambulance.

It doesn't matter. As the police were involved and took a statement there will be a police report that he can call up on for the insurance.

On sunday morning a biker I know died at 0530. . He was a sports biker and tracck rider, so not quite my type. He told his kids he is going for a ride and will be back before church.

A truck turned in front of him. 2 cars behind him managed to stop. One one the drivers, gave a statement to the police. He wasnt quite dead. He said a few words, blood came out of his nose and mouth, then he died. The kaffir drove away.

She got the reg no. I hope they catch that kaffir.

Not quite. A kaffir can also be a white person who chooses to behave like a kaffir. It is not a term restricted to only blacks. Not all blacks are kaffirs, nor are other races exempt nfrom being kaffirs

maybe some of your chavs can also be witkaffirs, although I dont enough chavs to pass judgement

fark off boet. we stole that word, and imprved it. Like we learnt segregation from the brits.

You muslims can also be kaffirs like anyone else. Choose to carry on bombing and you will be. But muslim thieves cant be kaffirs as they have no hands Mr. Green

Personally I'd much rather have independent witness contact details. I'm just saying, if you see someone in a day glo jacket lying next to a burning GPZ, put your email address in his pocket. Thumbs Up

heard of the accident when I got back sunday night from my ride. |Got what the police knows today. Will wait and see what comes up.

But any witness should speak up. Family wants to know what happened. Sunday I came home and heard only he was found dead on the road. No info. Until witnesses came forward.

Your surrounded by guns and pointless murders for little, no wonder it will effect you.

Do you ever look at it from a world or human view, do you REALLY if you look upon a picture of an unknown black man think ill of him. Confused Question

I think Kradmelder has acknowledged, in sorts, that his generalizations don't necessarily apply to the whole population, and can apply to anyone depending on their actions, irrelevant of skin colour.

Although I'm assuming in his particular experiences, in his particular location, are largely a particular group.

Anyway thumbs up to OP for stopping to give details. IME police are sometimes happy to give witness details to victims for insureance related purposes, so the guy who got knocked off should be able to contact the OP if needed.

I may be wrong here but ive heard that ICE tags dont work because paramedic/hospital workers are not allowed to plug strange USB storage devices into hospital computer systems in case of virus'.
Would be grateful if anyone could officially confirm or deny this as ive thought of them myself.
Good on you for stopping and giving witness statement. Too many folk dont want the hassle.

heard the same..had a post up about ice on the rf owners forum, think one of the nurse types said the same....something to do with getting a virus on the computer means its a no no.

simple medi-alert tag, dog tag seems the way to go.

not sure it's quite as bad over here but stuff can get nicked i suppose.

on the body so its you, not on the jacket unless its in a wallet with your pic (d/license perhaps ) cos that maybe someone else's ..tho' even that may get nicked.

(doubt anyone wants to take a chance and get sued if they administer the wrong type of help)
