My gsxr has a power commander and aftermarket can fitted along with a k & n filter. Im aware that if I unplug the power commander it will revert back to factory settings meaning it will run fine with the standard can, but will I need to change the air filter back to a standard one?

Mine didn't really give a toss.

It still ran fine, plugs were ok when I pulled them about 5000 miles later.

Why do you want to remove it?

Oh, must state this is with the "stubby" exhaust and the standard one.

Yea mine has a stubby too, im selling the gsxr so am putting back to standard. I dont think it will be worth any more with the power commander and can fitted so I will sell them seperately.

You might get a fraction more. Obviously including the standard can with the sale etc..

It was one thing I wanted for mine, but didn't want to pay for, people like included goodies Wink

You might get a fraction more...

Have to agree it's worth thinking about.
Actually selling the standard can sounds the better option (or as said offering it as part of the sale deal).

For some reason standard kit can be more sought after, so more valuable, than the aftermarket stuff.

I reckon I could get at least 200 for the can and pc but don't think I could get 200 more on top of what I will be selling the bike for in a standard condition.

What do you think the bike is worth standard/ with the extras? Standard will include a powerbronze tinted double bubble, I also have the original. K4 gsxr750 just under 7000 miles, fsh, I'm the second owner. The bike is mint, not a single scratch on it. It also has 6 months warranty left which I think is transferable.
