accident problem

hi, today i was crossing road near my home, and hit by a slow moving motorbike, the biker fell on the road with the bike and me too, he quickly moved up and said 'oh i am sorry mate i am sorry ' and runaway i was ok and did nt hurt much, but latter i start feeling pain in ankle, i saw his motorbike number and quickly wrote down on mobile, incase i forgot in pain and shock, but now i dont know what to do with, go to police station or call insurance company
plz help

You hope he didn't get any of your details and doesn't take you to court to recover the costs for damage to his bike, his protective clothing, and any injuries he may have sustained when you carelessly stepped out infront of him.

Note, if he didn't get your details, he WILL if you try and persue a claim against him, therefore, I suggest you forget about it.
