You hope he didn't get any of your details and doesn't take you to court to recover the costs for damage to his bike, his protective clothing, and any injuries he may have sustained when you carelessly stepped out infront of him.

Note, if he didn't get your details, he WILL if you try and persue a claim against him, therefore, I suggest you forget about it.

Look where you're going next time, you may not be so fortunate Rolling Eyes

Here's hoping you stay that way, given a car you'd be responsible for killing one of us before long.

You walked infront of a moving bike? You're asking the wrong people for help, try an optician.

Call the insurance company.

No wait. You dont need insurance to walk across the road. You need eyesight and common sense. Cant help with the common sense but Specsavers can probably help with your eyesight.

You have pedestrian insurance? Just as well really. You probably should get on to them and let them know that the biker is likely to make a claim against you for injury and damages to his bike. As you mentioned, it's probably also worth checking-in with the police too, just in case they want to charge you with causing an accident by pedestrian-SMIDSY - you'll probably just get a fine, a community order and your walking-licence suspended.

Really? I always look right last.. well because by the time you've made
the look left and back something could have appeared in the lane you're
about to step in to..

It's a wonder you're still alive with such a cavalier attitude to stepping
in to the road..
