You could try e-bike and see how much it is for 1 month policy and then take a 1yr policy out when it finishes?

Not sure it would save you that much though

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Unless you desperately need the bike, I'd use the time to fiddle around with the carbs and anything else that needs doing or touching up to save money. Smile

Sorry, but Im calling bullshit on 1.5k insurance for you?

HOW,WHAT,WHY? Even without a full license and at like 17 it wouldn't be more than 600!

Mine is up for renewal, the "Don't do anything we'll just carry it on" letter has arrived, up from £68 last year to £181! Guess they'll be getting a phone call and cancelling. I'm sick of these firms just upping it and hoping you'll not notice.

Same happened with the car, when I phoned they offered to match last years quote. Told em to get stuffed as they were obviously trying to profiteer. I find actually getting on the phone rather than the net reaps better results.

Costs me £630 on a GSXR 750.

You must live in a nice area, rural.
