when i start my bike with the electric ignition, the headlamp relay clicks, and the headlamp indicating light shows up on the clockset. also, the indicators, horn, and the clockset lights do not work. the battery is fully charged, and the earth connections have been check. does anybody know what could be the issue behind all this?

I am not sure to which bike you are referring to,but on some bikes there is a large multi-pin connector supplying power to and from the headlight/clocks/switchgear.Sometimes one or more of those small male/female pins can become corroded. If you pull apart as many connectors as you can find and spray them with something like GT85 or WD40 then this may well help your situation.
