Anyone had one or currently own one? Do they even exist, as far as I know 99% of the online sites are fake!

Best I ever had was an NUS card with my dob a year early, anyone else got any tricks?

It wasn't really that challenging down here. The main qualifying factor in getting served was having money Laughing

My friends and i did a token gesture of photocopying our birth certificates (using the school photocopier Very Happy

) and altering the dates to get into the local nightclub. They were checked to 'prove' we were 16 to get in, then we would go to the bar and get tw@tted with no one even asking Laughing

One of the local restaurants served alcohol with food so we'd go and order a jug of blackberry wine (super nom) each and one portion of chips between all of us Rolling Eyes

I used to photocopy my drivers licence, cut out a tiny 0 and stick it over my '1 in my DOB, to make me 18 not 17. This was for.... a media project.

A lot of places up here are using ID scanners which will only work with passports or driving licences. MANY of them insist that even if you look old enough you still have our ID scanned, or you can't come in, passing it off as a security feature - if they now who was in the club when things "kicked off" then it's easier to find and prosecute people Rolling Eyes

Bullshit if you ask me, all Big Brother tactics, I refuse to go in any of em.

A friend of mine dyed her hair brown in between her drivers license and passport photos, so for a while she would go clubbing with her brown hair with her passport with brown hair and our blonde friend would use her drivers license with the blonde hair.

Even the scanners didn't pick up on the fact there were two of the same girl in the club, it was amazing!

They only got ratted because someone rang our local and told them and confiscated the drivers license, my brown haired friend when questioned denied all knowledge claiming she'd lost the ID months ago and was simply given it back. Amazing.

I used one from 15-17 that I bought online. It cost 10 quid and was a European driving permit.

Got confiscated at a co-op a month before my 18th. Never had scanners at my locals back then. Now they have some machine they put your license/passport into.

A few years ago I hit the back of a car with my knee and did a very little damage but the bitch driving wanted to go whiplash and hire-car ( my injury was just a big bruise) I contacted insurance and they wanted a photocopy of my licence. Checked my licence and my bike classifications had been removed by the DVLA after a long overseas stay. They got a photoshop not a scan and I never heard FA again.

Edit.. I have just been reminded that my big bruise was a fractured patella that needed a cast and a month on crutches. My photoshop was then photocopied and sent off

A mate in college used to make fantastic "Prove-It" replicas which he sold for £10 a pop, needless to say he was very popular and make some good coin for a 17yr old, it never let me down and even when one bouncer questioned it I managed to argue convincingly enough to let me in.

Only ever saw one of those scanners in Liverpool, which made sense really given that its a shithole.

I'm born in 87 my dad was born in 56, When I was 17 I scanned in both our passports and copied the 6 from his over the 7 in mine. The pixels matched up exactly as they both had the same background.
