Just got a call from tesco regarding quote for zxr 750, he mentioned my previous accident and asked what happened.
Once id explain what happened he turned round and said "in that case im sorry but we are unable to insure you" then said goodbye and hung up...
What the fuck..
Non fault accident my bike was parked up and someone crashed into it yet they won't insure me.

my girl friend only ever drove a clio from passing her test 3 yrs ago , i got a bmw 728 & it took 30 mins to get her to sit in the driver seat let alone drive it 
she hates the size of it
yet when i got a 3.5 ton crew cab truck the insurance was £100 cheaper when i added her |

Bennetts told me they wouldn't insure me on my GPZ600R when I first passed my test until I had owned the bike a year  I asked them to explain how having a bike for a year that I couldn't legaly ride would make me a safer rider? On a plus side they sent me this as a free gift  VVVVVVV

Buys an R1 VERY cheap - I had no definite plans with regards to what I was doing with it.
Decide I would make it my commuter bike with straight bars because of a back condition - Insurance is excessive and not worth paying for a COMMUTER bike!

There was nothing more to it - but BCF decide there is - now im trying to be 'cool' and buy bikes that will 'impress' the boys. Get over yourselves - you clearly think you are above everyone else if you think that. There is no one on this forum that I feel the need to impress, and if you knew anything about me you would know that im not like that. Oh and my gay haircut?
