Cheaper than most 250 two strokes.... Saw seized RGVs etc for £1800. Was a fair bit cheaper than that! Wink

I thought it was introduced in '88, but I might be wrong, anyway, I'd change my NC27 for that bike right away. Smile

Have you ridden one before?

I was going to say I used to commute on one but it was actually a 21 mile blast along Scottish B roads, every day. Cool

Very tall first gear, numb bum after 30 mins, needs to be thrashed, remorselessly, or it will coke the plugs!
All in all a proper bike then! Mr. Green

Hi Sid, No, but I've ridden an RGV250 which apparently is peakier, and the seat on the KR1S seems to be luxuriant in comparison with the FZR400. The bars are also high, and close to the seat, and the pegs are low. Compared to the FZR400...

I suspect it'll be nicer to ride than that! Smile

Very very cool.

I'm not a Kwaka fan, but this is acceptable in my book. Mr. Green

Would LOVE LOVE LOVE an early 250 2poke sports bike. It's just trying to justify one. The Chaly is my toy atm.

Sweeeet bikes, had a KR1S sat in the garage in bits. Sat on it a few times and fapped.

Drake owns it now.

Sweet bike, the absence of a garage is all that is stopping me buying this at the moment....
