Has anyone been on a test before and the examiner has done something iffy or even had a spill? They're only human after all so I imagine its happened? Care to share?

God I'm bored at work -___-

I knew an instructor who was a tit and showing off while going round a roundabout hit a dip and ended up falling flat on his face with a pupil looking on! Laughing

On one of my lessons, the instructor very nearly got killed by a taxi driver changing lane into him. Could hear him swearing down the microphone - I was Surprised .

On a mates test the instructor nearly fell off braking and swerving around a lorry that suddenly came to a total stop as it was coming off the round about. He went mental at the lorry driver who said it was a mechanical failure with his truck cause it to slam it's own brakes on. Perhaps the trailer wasn't connected properly?

My instructor commented about passing laydeez. . . .but then apologised after. So over the intercom thingie i'd hear

"FOOK ME! Look at the tits on that!!!"

followed by a short pause and then a slightly guilty

"sorry, that was really sexist wasn't it"

Laughing

I spent a lot of time tittering Very Happy

There was an instructor that had a real problem with me because he saw me out riding at some point outwith the test and failed me because he didn't like what he saw. He took my instructor into the room with me out and told him that.

Got a phone call saying my next test had to be posponed because he had come off his pan european.

Didn't do anything different for the next guy and he passed me. Cool

Aye.. there was an Examiner at an MPTC that went into the back of a candidate at a roundabout. Candidate apparently braked very late for a set of lights on the roundabout and the ex went into him.

So did the instructor. That is the collective noun for tits is it not?

On my own test both of us nearly got run over by a reversing lorry. Examiner managed to do the most ridiculously tight turn I've ever seen and whipped around to tell the driver to stop, I had no room to turn so was backpedalling like a maniac fearing for my life, was just about to ditch the bike when the lorry stopped - inches from my front wheel.

Idiot reversed about forty metres, I was worried the examiner would fail me for not stopping far enough behind but I still passed Mr. Green Good man he was.

My examiner ran into the back of me at a junction when I was waiting to turn left and cracked the number plate, all I heard was a muffled "oh shit" in my earpiece, I passed my test so wasnt bothered, he hadnt seen the oncoming vehicle coming out of a junction to our right as his view was obviously blocked by the range rover in the right lane, I had seen the car come out which is why i didnt move.

While I was doing my training for DAS my instructor got pulled out on by a guy in a beemer who then gave him the finger when he beeped. Cue instructor telling me to pull over quickly as he then gets off and begins to offer the driver out and goes up to his window, needless to say the cager made a hasty getaway in a cloud of wheelspin for us to then carry on with the ride with him apologising.
Later on he got his knee down at the mod1 sit going around the top bend.
Great guy though. Thumbs Up

Seems that almost everyone who's examiner crashed into them on the test subsequently got a pass, how interesting Laughing

For my Mod 2 my examiner had to change lanes or get hit by an 18 wheeler, he said something along the lines of "Fucking idiotic wanker" he appologised when we got back, and I passed! Cool

I can't remember anything my examinder did or didn't do, I totally ignored him when I was out on the road. He was a naughty boy though - didn't make me do the eyesight test OR the "independent driving" part that I'd been reading was mandatory. I didn't get a dreaded hillstart either (I regard them as easy now, but I wasn't quite so confident back then). We just went for a pretty long country road ride.

Mine was similar.
I had the same examiner for all three mod 2's and he only asked me the bike/pillion questions on the first one and didn't bother on the other two.

Didn't even have to do an eyesight test for any of them! Shocked

Fun times! Razz

I failed twice on the bike and twice in the car. Same cuntbastard for all four tests.

On third attempt for each vehicle I got different examiners and aced the tests.

Just shows.

I was lucky having an examiner who was pretty sound. I always thought it odd that my MOD 2 was only 30 minutes long though Smile
