That bike has had a fair bit spent on it, aftermarket as well as maintenance. I'd be wondering why it's been P/Xd for what was probably less than the cost of the replacement drive belt. At that, I'd wonder if it was a proper kevlar re-enforced belt and not the cheap industrial substitute.
I'd be particularly interested in why the gaskets have just been done. Was someone having a look at the nylon oil pump gear, and didn't like what they saw?
Expect the CCT spring to be weaker than a politician's ethics.
