Will anyone be out and about tomorrow?

I'm doing a Christmas present run for my god-daughter and best buddy who live in the Lake District - going to be lovely weather! Rolling Eyes

Not if it's raining or icy. Otherwise yeah definitely at some point. Preferably in daylight, but failing that evening/night. Just been out for an hour - christ it's foggy!!! Nearly came back but then thought fuck it. Our street wasn't to bad then suddenly about half a mile away it was like riding into a grey concrete wall made of damp air. Or something.

I absolutely could not condone using an empty M5 at 6am on Christmas morning to test your bike's top speed.

I am. Traditionally some of us go for christmas morning gravel run before going to family. But I'm not doing that nor going to church. Kids at the x this year and I feel much like seeing anyone. Will just go for a solo ride out and maybe dinner at an old army mate. I will try and ride civilly, it being christmas and all, but I dont think the Katoom will be having any of that...heathen thing that she is Mr. Green

I try and tell myself that i must take it easy and am going to kill myself and piss of the cagers filtering through and overtaking like that, putting the orange beam in their mirror to avoid a smidsy, then zooming through between them with taps opened through the arrow pipes... But after pulling away from the first traffic light and cathcing up to the cars from the previous light, I say, oi, the hell with it...

Beautiful sunny day here

Be blessed and ride safe. Heard yesterday that a natal biker from our riding group was found dead, shot in the head and chest and robbed, bike on the side of the road; crossing a darkie area. Police held body of an unknown white male until he never pitched and a friend went looking. Even christmas....

Thought my bike was fine, broke down last night and had to leave it chained to a lamp post a couple of miles away while I left the battery on charge over night. Took it back at 7am this morning and managed to get it started, rode it a bit, took it home, got bored, went back out.

Lost grip twice on the roads - really need some new tyres. I will end up coming off soon if I'm not careful. But yes, mucho riding!

fark. 150 km outride on gravel around home.

I hate tar roads.....rules and regs people always around. R500 or court in 3 months. Unmarked car. Caught me at next light. I filtered through cages at alight, as I stopped the light went green and i did a tap and go, then opened her up. The Cop said if it wasnt for th red he never would have caught me. He said he saw me stop next to him, heard a rev and I disappeared and next thing he saw my bike go up in the air then recede in front of his eyes. Crying or Very sad

Good thing he had no camera. I must hav ehit 140 kmh between the lights
