bleed screw stuck

the problem is as in the title, i've got a honda ns125rl and upon getting it the brake lever was broken, i'd bought a load of spares with a full front brake set-up from the hand to the caliper, I've tried to switch the parts around but they dont seem to be able to work/fit each other, so i've gone to use the new (second hand) set and noticed that the bleed screw is rusted i've tried spraying the 3in1 oil onto it to get it to soak in and release it but hasnt worked, im aware of heating it up or freezing it to help release it but dont have the equipment to do so, and am asking for help to try and sort it out please Smile

any info would be grately recieved. Smile

Remove the offending item.

Make sure the seals are removed. Heat over an oven.

Failing that, plusgas.

Have you attached it to the bike and tried to open the nipple that way?

my knowledge on braking systems is very little and i have no idea what you just said lol, i had it on the bike originally and it worked perfectly and wouldnt have needed to touch it if it wasnt for the brake lever, not sure how my house mates would feel with me doing it over the oven lol thanks Smile

Use a rust penetrative like Plusgas and get some mole grips on it.

Failing everything. You can leave the seized bleed nipple where it is and fit a banjo with a built in bleed nipple. They are available on ebay.
