GSXR 1000 bearing sizes

Hey there, hope someone can help.

I need the bearing sizes of a standard 01-02 (think they are the same all the way through though) GSXR 1000 rear wheel bearing and a standard GSXR 1000 hub carrier bearing for my Bandit 12 swap.

I need a bearing with the standard outer diameter of a Gixxer but a 20mm internal diameter for the bandit axle. I know the wheel bearings i used are 6304 but oddly, I don't know the sizes as they are simply referred to as 6304s and I don't have a vernier caliper at this moment.

Any help would be marvelous.

Cheers for the effort, but I mainly need the bearing diameter for the standard Gixxer sprocket carrier.

Thanks to you I now know the 6304 is a 52mmx20mm but the sprocket carrier is a different size.

I had been under the assumption that the Bandit sprocket carrier bearing would fit but it is too small in terms of outer diameter.

I can measure it up tomorrow anyway, but was just wondering if anyone knew off hand.

Gixxer rear wheel bearings are 28x52x12 Have a look at the 'fiches on Alphasports they do give most bearing sizes on particular models.

Life saver mate

Standard Bandit is a 25x62x17 (20mm axle, 5mm thick bushing) bearing and standard Gix is a 32x65x17 (28mm axle, 4mm thick bushing) bearing. I will be using the Gixxer hub but with the cut down Bandit bushing so will need a 25x65x17 bearing to fit.

Got it clear in my head now.
