When you say which is best you need to be more specific, the tuned R125 will obviously have a better top and and probably a better acceleration but the mpg on the CBR is far superior, could probably manage 80 to your bikes 40. Personally a CBR is a much wiser option but each to their own Smile

In the very same way that this is a Ferrari:

Except it isn't.

Maybe get a big bike instead of looking like a delusional fool when you pretend your bike has 100bhp more than it does? Rolling Eyes.

r125? i take it by this you mean the yamaha yzfr 125!

51 bhp? i take it this is no longer a 125cc motorcycle

race tuned you say

bolox i say

i have been "tuning" 125s for years and there is no way there is 51 bhp coming out of a 125cc fourstroke

so either your question is irrelevant as there is no replacement for displacement

or

my cb 125 twin will rip your little r 125 a new one

good day sir

Be prepared for the onslaught.
We might actually find ourselves having to recommend the R125 to the folks stuck on 125's for years.

Troll Wink

early cb 125 twins (pre 82) develop more horsepower than the learner legal limit mine

mine i am unsure on power but have taken off the clock and have passed many new 125 four strokes, out accelerating, out cornering and in allot of case in flat out speed as well,

and i dont mean cheese (Chinese) bikes either yzfs, varaderos, cbrs,
and the fact he has to ask the simple question, put it up against an oldschool tzr that would teach him whats what
