Not the first to complain about a chinese bike, and surely not the last, but as i got in from work today i had a call off the old man, who now has my old lifan mirage 125, to go pick him up from the side of the a465. Bit odd i thought, but off i went in the van.
As i pulled up next to him, the bike was on the centre stand, didnt seem to look much out of place, but there was a large skid mark down the road behind us. Turns out as he went around a corner the whole rear wheel just fell off the axle and wedged itself under the seat causing him to skid all over the place
Now the bike is only 2 year old, not too rusty for a chinky bike, and everything was tight when he left for work. Cant really have a look to see what caused it because most of the nuts and bolts are scattered over the road which was rather busy at rush hour, but any idea's? ____________________ current ride: 07 suzuki sv650s
