Getting somebody fired

TL : DR

I've been teamed up with an incredibly lazy and incompetent person.

Luckily we've been using software that logs who does what, and it says Fatpies through the entire log. I've checked with IT.

I feel it unfair they are loafing off me and getting paid for it. How would I go about getting this person transfered off my team or fired? As I have piles of proof and pre-final version edits of the thing I do while she does not.

She is a ditzy excuser who constantly makes excuses and I suspect is gobbling the bosses's pork sword.

The constant my baby this my baby that. FFS she doesn't even know how to use word or power point.

Sometimes a persons worth isn't how much they do on one particular task that you can put your name to, but what they bring as a whole.
One of my jobs in the past, if you asked me what I had done just listing it didn't add to much, but what I brought as a whole meant that others could do the work and was of greater use.

As long as you keep doing the work, it doesn't look like a problem to anyone else.

You could ask, friendly and positive like, if there are any openings on other teams.

It's a reasonable way of starting the conversation without being labelled a Calvin Can't-Do.

Why hasn't your boss asked you where are her results?

I think you've done the right thing moaning about her on here, I'd leave it at that.

Your boss will be very happy with your team. The jobs getting done as needed (thanks to you), he get to blow his beans in one of his staff.
