hi i have just brought a suzuki ts125r of ebay for a bit of fun on my farm, but all of the wire loom was missing and the cdi box , have got a new box but need a wire diagram to re wire the bike, dont care about lights key switch ect just need a basic wiring and kill switch the wires that are on the bike are as followed , from the cdi box there are 5 groups of wires ,1st blue/red striped and red/green striped. 2nd
black/red striped,white/blue striped,black/yellow striped . 3rd white/black stripe. 4th solid black,yellow, white. 5th pink,orange,gray,black/white striped . And from the flywheel 3 yellow going to the rectifyer ,and black,black/white striped,red/black striped,blue/red striped,black/red striped,red/green striped wires
and from the rectifyer a black and white wire as well as the 3 yellows from the flywheel. the bike also has a power valve with a pink/gray, white, black and yellow wires. if any one can help with advice of a diagram that would be great . many thanks

right time for a update, cant get it to go , so taken the engine apart and a few problems, it looks like the piston has smashed down onto the block and put a scuff on the block with a lip, will have to replace the piston as a bit has snaped of , the cylinder looks ok no deep scratches just lots of minor ones, just worryed about the block , what do people think . the head gasket has gone and bottom of engine is full of milky oil. thanks Very Happy

mmm i dont think its the headgasket. how much oil? my guess sounds like a possible crank seal failure.

only a bit of oil thinks its more the head gasket as its in a right state and has been bodged with some gasket sealer , more worryed about the scuff and lip on the block. lol thanks
