Sick bike bruv. Yeah should all fit together easily, just make sure you use high temp gaffer tape though cos normal stuff will just melt when you start the engine gnome sane?

In fairness, if it ends up being close to a real kmx 200 it's worth it, wicked little bikes them Thumbs Up

Back on track, no idea if the carb will actually fit though, suck it and see? Failing that it's time for a lap of the local breakers and more likely ebay.

kx125 carb is a pwk28, pretty common and std issue on KR1 etc, plenty of copies on ebay

I very much doubt any KX125 had a PWK28, maybe a PWK38 on some of them though.

Any carb with the same size inlet spigot should fit the intake manifold, but the hight of some carbs can be an issue, with clearance to the oil pump etc.

The Mikuni VM28/28 TM28 and TM/TMX30 will all fit the std intake manifold. The PWK28 might also fit as i think it's a similar OD on the spigot.

The KX125 carb depending on the year will be anything from 34mm to 36 or 38mm. I'm not sure if they used Mikuni, Kehin or both over the years.

The KDX200 intake manifold will fit the KMX reedblock and allow you to use the Kehin PWK35 carb. The KDX220 inlet will allow the PWK33 to fit.

Other carbs have been fitted to KMX's, but modification or fabrication of a new inlet manifold is normally required.

I'd be quite suprised with a new bracket and maybe a slight amount of cutting down or bending the pipe, that you couldn't get the FMF silencer to fit. It's certainely much less work that getting a different front pipe to fit anyway.
