 |
|
Hey.
Once I get a Job ( ) one of the first thing's I want to buy is another motorcycle.
I'm fantasying (I'm one of these dreamer types (I can't live 60 years and not get a job right?)) about a RS4 as I want to have the ability to drive down A roads with "Ease" , And I have read, either the YZF or the RS4 are the better options (RS4 being slightly cheaper with a lower seat height).
I however, am not sure whether I like the "clam" position of these "sport bikes".
I am also interested in the Honda MSX125 - it's cheaper, looks great, and is suppose to be great to ride, but I'm not sure it has the top speed I need.
That's why I kinda want a test ride really. But am unsure if I can with a CBT? and also since I'm 18 (not 21)...
And ... I know some 18 year old can be .... or are not the most mature.... But I'm a boring ol' fart me ... and I like to think I'm one of the safer rider's ;D

They might let you if you hand them 100% of the cash to look after whilst you do the test ride. But best asking before hand. More chance of getting a pillion ride in my honest opinion anyway. ____________________ CB125>CG125>GN125>ER5>K100RS>R1100RS>K100RS

You're barely able to afford running an HN125-8, this isn't a serious question.
You've got about a year to go before you can get an A2 license and access to a much wider range of bikes that offer better value for money than a 125.
If you do find some money, I'd put it in a jar until then. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Why do you say that? I'm looking after my Huoniao just fine... I make sure the chain is well lubed , the bodywork is waxed, oil is at a safe level. she's away's covered when I'm not using her, I make sure the disk lock is always armed, and I check the vitals every day (steering, lights, brakes, oil's and suspension) trust me, the bike is well over pampered ____________________ I Don't Suffer From Insanity - I Enjoy Every Minutes Of It.

Yeah, I Know.... Being stupid....
I can drive my Huoniao for, what .... 10 months? past my A2 (easier said then done, I'd imagine), and take a HP on a CBR 600RR, which I could still afford.
Actually the CB's look better - more comfortable I should say
EDIT: or a Bonneville , or a Moto Guzzi V7 , or a Daytona, or an R6, or...
**** how do you guys choose..... albeit there's alot of differences between all the bikes - I'm not an expert yet.
Hell, even a 300cc BSA? look like fun.
EDIT 2: When a manufacture states "True Track Day Tool" - does that translate to "True Public Road Suicide Machine" ? haha , I'm sure there's lots of people who drive daytona's on the road and never broke a bone ____________________ I Don't Suffer From Insanity - I Enjoy Every Minutes Of It. |
