1 - Your caps lock button is broken or you're shouting. Sort it either way.
2 - 'and near the water pump I don't know where' is just nonsense. In fact the whole post is nonsense. Form sentences, ask questions, give as much detail about your problem as you possibly can.
3 - You've posted in the wrong section. Many do to start with, you might get off lightly with this one chance. Post a properly worded question in the Workshop section and see if someone answers.
4 - Garth has already covered this point in his post to you, but just in case you missed it: https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?p=3616192#3616192.

Just guessing, is it part of the carb anti-icing? If it's where I think it's going. Warm coolant circulates around the carb.

tl;dr just marked as spam because it's every bit as predictable and tiresome as those flipping kitchen threads. Brick Wall

I considered that, but then it seemed to go somewhere. Not sure where though.

Looks like a Bowden cable to me, although the picture is too small to tell. I guess it could be the auto lube pump.

The description and photo are very poor, would it be possible to highlight the pipe on a better photo?
