You get various kinds of inner gloves. Some are windproof but I don't like them because they tend to have seams on them. I normally use cotton ones. Quite like magic gloves. I can recommend Akito Storm gloves. I got mine for £25 at the NEC, but they retail anywhere from £30-50. Gorgeous gloves, they've worked really well so far, the only day I was cold in them was when we were riding when there was snow still lying on the verges.
Possibly a bit high for your budget though. There are tonnes of good gloves around for less than £30. ____________________ I must not be a troll...
