Hi it's a long shot but can anyone look up my reg number from just the chassis number as I bought a 2005 bashan gy125 with no paperwork cos it's a ex-road legal dirt racer

Chineese boxed up off roaders get used a lot round here as field bikes. Cause its new innit. Usually given to 13-14 year old son as a step up from a pitbike. Son will be scared shitless of it & never go near it.

As i've said, it will cost far far too much to put it on the road for it to even be thought of as worthwhile.

The only way i can see of getting around it is getting a certificate of newness from the manufacturers & then attempting to register it as a new bike. But you'll struggle to do that as it's a chineese bike & the importers will probbbably have shut up shop by now & the factory wont speak english.
