right

i have been reading as much as i can about this but i haven't really found what im looking for

the last time i tried to start my bandit the floats seemed to be stuck open as it dropped shit loads of fuel out of the bottom of the bowls - an woudlnt start

i have removed the carbs but cant get the screws off the bowl to take a peek (i have replacement allen key headed bolts to replace the cheese screws) so i think i will dremel slots into the heads

when i get the bowls off

do i spray the funk out of each carb with cleaner (valve & needles)

or do i ideally need to get them ultrasonically cleaned?

ta very much

Spray & clean 'em, then blow them through with some compressed air!
Worked for me in the past!

When you get the float bowls off you'll probably see the crud in there causing them to stick.

Just dismantle the float, check the tip of the needle valve isn't worn. Unscrew the jets and blow hard through them and then spray everything liberally with carb cleaner.
