Has anyone ever had or used one of these? They are about £40 so not too expensive, just wondering if they do a decent/easy job of removing tyres? Cheers.

I'd probably buy one of those... I change a lot of tyres
Currently I'm using beta forums recommended method, blocks of wood and a spade. Works first time |

I've seen a lawn edger used on youtube somewhere - made it look like an absolute piece of pss.
https://www.toolstop.co.uk/components/com_virtuemart/shop_image/product/GL07.jpg
I use a piece of 4x2 levered off something bolted to a wall to push a length of 2x2 down and break the bead.
I have thought about a dedicated bead breaker, but it'd just be another bit of kit to fit on a shelf somewhere (I'm running out of space) and I'm not convinced that it'd make the job any easier than the method I've already got. |

I went for the abba bead breaker because its more like a vise-like action.

I'd personally choose mine over the one pictured because i know it's decent quality. |

After seeing this product and watching a video, I am wondering whether I could just buy a large G clamp off eBay and use that? Looks like a simple way of breaking the bead to me.
