Well, my main beam bulb on the left has gone, so I'm asking:
Can I get LED Cluster bulbs for the NSR? just something a little brighter than what I have?
Also, I've noticed my spare brake disc is warped. Anywhere I can get it skimmed flat again? ____________________ https://www.bikepics.com/members/nsrandy/96rs250/ My Bike!

I was just about to ask a similar question. I've been browsing google for main beam lights but there's so many choices.
Whats the best for standard 12v supply? As in brightest.
Cheers

I run higher watt bulbs on the ZXR, never had any problems with it. The battery has been totally dead before (don't leave your parking light on for a few days ) and it gets charged up fine. |

Going up a few watts is OK and wont do any harm.
If you put much higher wattage bulbs in, you need to be carefull not to overload the wiring and set your bike on fire, best to use relays in this case. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. I did the 2010 Round Britain Rally on my 350 Bullet. 89 landmarks, 3 months, 9,500 miles. |

Still don't know where to get the bulbs from, or the disc sorted...
...I can fit the bulbs when I fix the fairing. ____________________ https://www.bikepics.com/members/nsrandy/96rs250/ My Bike!
