Right, long story short, brought a car off ebay for 320 quid, never got the car cause he sold it to someone else before i had chance to collect it.
This was 5 months ago.
Hes lied to me, wasted my time, fobbed me and my mother off, told me random bullshit, and made stories up and he basically has no intntion of paying my money back.
The reason? I dont have his home adress or telephone number.
I have his bank details, his full name, 3 mobile numbers, email adress.
If anyone on here works at natwest bank or knows someone that does/can do something (find this cunts adress) then id happily reward them just to see the smile wiped off this pricks face.
Alternatively, does anyone know a good speech i could put on and phone up his local branch and pretend to be the 5 0 or something?

Agree with both the above. Reort him, especially to the police. There might even be a specific branch that deals with online fraud? You'd need to check.
As for the asking a person that works in a bank for his details? Don't ask people to ruin their lives and careers for you when you're the one that's been done over, that's just plain selfish!
You've been had, deal with it and use whatever the law can do to help you. (Even if it might not be much!)
Then, when you do eventually find his address, you can visit him and explain what a horrible person he is. ____________________ Colin McRae MBE 1968 - 2007 RIP

You can request their contact information from eBay from here.
You'll get their name, address and phone number. |

I reckon you were maybe talking to the guy you needed to get your money off and he was fobbing you off!
However, if the number you called was answered there's hope. Maybe if you go about things another way? Perhaps by calling again and asking different questions or pretending to be someone else? That way you might get to see him face to face?! ____________________ Colin McRae MBE 1968 - 2007 RIP

Hi
You have been stitched up.
The police should deal with it, but are maybe trying to get out of it on the basis it is just money.
Nobody working for a bank can let you know. OK, you might not say where the address came from, but if he figured it out then complained to the bank you can be fairly certain it would be checked.
It might well be worth considering speaking to his bank directly and explaining the situation, and that he is using his account for processing fraudulent payments. However you need to be very certain of your facts before you try anything like this.
If you do need to really kick them into action then report the car stolen (assuming you have the registration number). However this might be a touch extreme (especially for whoever now has the car).
When the mobile phone was answered did they come out with anything useful like "Bobs Garage"?
All the best

Theres a company that will tack mobile phone numbers, you have to pay £30 a year or somehting but it will trace where the phone was on last, all you need to do is wait till it is near a garrage, then you have his work address.
I'm not sure how these work but you could sell your debt to a debt collectors, they are also quite good at persuadeing people to give up any money owed, i suspect you would need their home address maybe... ____________________ >RidingSkills<->Tech Tips<->MyBikes< |

Whether online or not fraud is fraud. You can get there details from Ebay. There is also a "Verify address" on Ebay if you are the winner which comes in handy.
How did you pay? If it was by credit card or switch they have a duty to refund you and investigate it themselves. It can be time consuming but they do pay out in the end. |

Get someone who's good at blagging.. to give him a call and say that their mate told them he has some good cars in stock and that you need to buy one soon, can I have the address to come view your cars.. might get lucky... if he's a dealer/garage he probably won't think twice to giving his address out that way.
If you have a landline number and an e-mail address , post them up... ____________________ Current Toys: 06 Yamaha WR250F | Nissan 350Z GT | Tech 4 Homes |
