Dont have an Oximiser but found this

https://static.twisted-throttle.net/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/28496d0a14ec004b76332fd2427e3099/p/h/phpLIbaWO.jpg

will guess the solitary green led is power on
and the unlit one means reversed connections?

as you have all 4 leds lit I'll guess its saying the battery is charged and its maintaining it on a float charge.

As for the overall condition of the battery and why it went lfat
thats another issue
As its a 6AH I'm guessing the bike is something like a 125 or sub 250?
Whatever the bike its always wise to check the charging ciircuit and cableing/connectors from time to time, saves a lot of pushing Smile

Get a new battery and don't fuck around. Do we really need to know you use a butter knife?

I can only make guesses as to why it went flat

Battery getting old and losing its ability to store charge
Parasitic drain or say an alarm systen drain when bike turned off
Battery not getting charged properly when in use
stator, rectifier/regulator, cabling or connector faults.
Or, a combination of the above.

You'd need a meter and do some sytematic testing to help you
pin down the fault

Well I do hope it is just an old battery time will tell.

How long should I leave it on charge for? Am I likely to fry it if I leave it on all night?

Where's the R6 ?

An R6 might use a different battery to most bikes.

Is this green light from charging an r6 battery?

Honda recommends that the battery is charged at a rate of 0.6 amps for 5 to 10 hours. Exceeding this figure can cause the battery to overheat, buckling and rendering it useless.

From the Haynes manual.

My R6 manual doesn't say that Thinking

I bet you wouldn't have this many problems with your R6.

Have you thought about having a sprocket welded to the battery? It might help

This post is not being displayed because the poster does not, and has never had, an R6.

Didn't you have to throat punch eleventeen of your workmates to stop them dicking around with your Daewoo?

Get a multimeter.

Use it to check the battery on your R6, it'll be flat from not having been ridden for so long.
