Get it running then use a multimeter to see what voltage the battery is getting... You're looking for around 13.7-14.5v ____________________ Malaguti F12 Phantom-Dead, Suzuki AY50- Dead, NRG power DD LQ, CBR125.

Sounds more like a fuse has gone.
A 2stroke will still run without the battery.

Main fuse or battery connections or earth. Time for a multimeter, and if you put your location in your profile, you may find someone local who can come and kick your tyres and offer sympathy. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
