Hello all
So i got took off my bike by a drunk driver in march 2012 i dislocated and shattered my hip socket i have been out of work since
Im just wondering how long should it take for my solicitor to get an interim payment ?
Im thinking i should of been paid something by now, i have asked my solicitor to get me an interim payment many times and every time he says he will do that, i have loads of letters saying he requested an inerim payment but ive never heard anything else about it
I never even recieved the damages for my bike only £200
Any one know what i should do now because this is a load of bullshit
Thanks for reading |

My accident in Feb 2008 against a hit and run/drunk driver, it took till early January 2009 to get a £3000 interim payment, then again they provided the same 6 months after. Case was settled June 2010. Some take a while, but sounds like they are dragging their feet, overpriced wankers. |
