I'm really losing my temper here. Mad

ATi HD6790, vista 64bit,
When I boot up the system, it's alright, but after a couple of seconds the GPU runs at 95-100%, temp stands still at around 65°C and the whole PC case goes mental, because all the fans go at max revs.

What could it be? The system is nearly a fresh instal. Neutral

There are a fair few examples of mining malware around at the moment. As Cansa says, check your process list.

Spot on, well the GPU is alright now, but the all other fans still run at max revs no matter what I set in bios, the moment the system boots up, the case fans go at max revs. Confused

The speedfan app does not work at all. I mean I can't controll the speed in windows. Thumbs Down

GPU temp 37°C, CPU temp 42°C, System 38°C, not really a burning hot PC, is it? Confused

The moment I stop the process, the GPU usage drops to the idle.

I tried the ccleaner, there found the file and erased it, did re-boot and the file is no more. But the case fans still run like crazy. I set 60% speed in bios, everything alright, then when the system boots up they go 100% no matter how cold the HW is. Confused
