Do you ride your bike for adrenalin, commuting or something else/not.
Ok I've realized recently (this morning) the last time I had fun was when I was on the way to BBQ 2013 pillion with Suntan Sid which was awesome fun also whilst riding Paddy's monkey bike (even though I flipped it).
Before that the last time I had fun on a bike was on my training ER5 for Mod1 that never happened. Going back further I can't remember when I last had fun just riding around normally on a 125 again the next moment was pillion with Paddy on his thundercat which was a nice bike.
Just wondering how many others on here ride for adrenalin can tell a few do immediately just because the need for speed.
Also a little bit of adrenalin from crashes but that is just not good I know that.
Edit: Can't seem to edit polls, oh well if it's a yes and you commute just click yes. ____________________ CB125>CG125>GN125>ER5>K100RS>R1100RS>K100RS

If I'm to be perfectly honest.. yes I do
I used to be an adrenaline junkie when I was young and single - skydiving, paragliding for many many years. And many other really silly things.. and I've been like that since I remember (age 4-5)
Now old, married, 2 kids - no longer any extreme sports, only motorcycles.. not as exciting as the above, but track days are pretty good actually I keep reminding myself that I have children and wife so I don't do anything stupid. ____________________ Current Bike: Yamaha XSR900 Previous bikes: Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade, Kawasaki ZX-6R Ninja, Aprilia RS125 2-stroke |

last time i had a bike i didn't have a car, so i mostly rode for my commute. but i used to love coming out at 6pm in the summer, sun still shining down, and just hooning it back home.
i've never been the fastest of riders but i still got a rush from the bike most days, especially the days where i knew something was wrong with the bike! ____________________ Current: Kawasaki ZL600 Eliminator

mainly fun , shopping , pricing jobs , any excuse & i'm out on my bike in any weather .
i've got a car that did 1000 miles last year ( 600 of those miles were done going to england to buy my rocket ) thats how much i use it !
sometimes adrenalin although not to much as to much adrenalin on a busa = prison
the fun bit i've decided to get rid of my rocket & get a gas gas 300 2t ( still not sure if i'm making a big mistake ) , from what i've read a gas gas should be loads of fun at low speeds . |

Largely for 'adrenaline/thrill/fun' etc. I would like to commute [perhaps not in winter with the cold and a warm car available for lots of journeys], but the hassle of gear/parking with my job makes it a PITA.
More than anything its stress relief for me personally - nothing else has such an impact on me if i'm having a bad day than going for a ride - two wheeled therapy |

Purely for fun and because it makes me cool
Seriously though, I have a car but I almost never use it because I find the bike much more fun. The miserable little Fiat sits on its own in Devon and I give it a bump start once every few weeks.
Cheaper than public transport in London so bringing it up there next week. Parking is a bit of a pain but can be done. Q-park is your friend in London! ____________________ I'm autistic. That means I'm smarter than you. |

This. I seem to be pretty 'resistant' to adrenaline stuff - pretty quickly going fast just felt normal, while for some it's still "whoa, fast!" |
I'm very scared to ever reach this stage
It seems like most go up through bikes, bigger cc, and then get bored of going quick, and revert back down the cc's to 'have fun'..
I don't want this to be me! Haha. Right now I still love biking, I can't wait for my restriction to come off as I think it will feel like a whole new bike. I love the feeling of progressing up, and riding certain roads thinking I'm fucking Guy Martin..
I've always loved the outdoors and pushbiking ect, so I've always loved motorbikes. In a way it makes me feel more human Can't really describe it, but when your out on a long ride on your own it puts things into perspective for me, long sunny rolling countryside, bliss. ____________________ 07' Honda Hornet now full powaah!
