Advice in choosing my new phone please?

as the title says really, i was going to change my iphone 4S for a 5S or 5c. To be honest though, as good as the phone's are, i think i'd like something different.

all i really use the phone for is texting, taking photo's, listening to music, and browsing online when out and about. i make the occasional phone-call, but last month i used 20 minutes out of my 900 minutes i'm entitled to... taking photo's is probably my main aim with listening to music coming second. so ideally i'm looking at a good camera and large memory?

App wise, all i use is instagram, facebook, twitter and photobucket really, not as if i do some serious gaming or that on it.

The only phone i've considered is the Sony Z1 as it has a great camera, but i'd like some suggestions as the only smart phone i've ever known was apple branded!

Any one able to suggest anything else?

Currently using the Samsung Note 3 and i mainly use it for watching TV, the odd game and browsing. I'm with 3 with unlimited data and i constantly watch streamed movies on it, I would never go back to a smaller screen after using this.
