As Ben-B said, i think what you have been looking at is designed for off roaders.
Probably a bit of a tight fit under your normal gear but could be used under the likes of Kevlar jeans and jacket I suppose.
Having had an off resulting in serious injuries wearing Kevlar, it could be the answer to the poor impact protection such clothing offers. ____________________ A Petrol Head in The Alps

It's something that I've considered, but realistically, the extra faffing around means I probably wouldn't wear it.
If you're really serious though, have you looked into airbag jackets or vests? ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Only come across separate chest protectors and back protectors when it comes to road armour. |

I've got something similar to that which I wear for snowboarding, and trust me, it wouldn't fit under any bike clothing I own, and I wouldn't want it to either.
With leathers, you want them to be tight to your body, so that you slide if you come off. It won't fit under tight leathers, and sticking something like that under loose or baggy leathers isn't gonna help you slide, you'll tumble, so something that big is gonna do more harm than good.
A lower profile one might fit, or you could look at cross-sport protection, have a look at the back & chest protectors you can get for snow sports. That combined with the shoulder/elbow stuff already fitted in your jacket would probably be your best bet.
Again snowboard shorts offer pretty decent hip/thigh/buttocks protection to wear under trousers which might suit you |

Here's a really good video explaining why I want a back and chest protector. I have a back protector atm but it's the one that came with the bike and it's not ridged.

BTW this guy has really good videos - look at his channel, you'll become a better rider. Just a note, he uses imperial units but he really means the metric units (i.e. when he says pounds he really means kilograms and when he says feet he means metres). |
