I have a derbi senda 50cc sm 2002
I have no headlight, tail light or speedometer light, but everything else is fine
Any suggestions?

Check your fuses first off.

Some Sendas do, some don't. If it did, it would be in with the main fuse.

Its only the one fuse, I've checked all connections and been looking at diagrams

Have you checked the bulbs? What about the battery terminals?

looking at the diagram below,
the Green/black then brown ( after the connector block)
wire from the igntion switch ( 5)
feeds the head, tail and speedo back lights
I'd be looking for a voltage here

If the headlight will flash but not run in normal hi/lo mode
and the brake lights work too
that would tend to confirm my suspicions.
Might just be a bad connection at the switch.
