Okay. I've seen a lot of threads from you, and at first I was unsure why people give you a bit of a hard time. Then the more you went on, I found myself rolling my eyes at your posts, and now I just think you should have your ability to start new threads revoked.

People like you are he ones that get road speed limits reduced to unusable low speeds.

In my opinion you should be clubbed to death instead of seals!

This morning, I was going to pull out, but there was a bus on the road, which I didn't see, but it could have hit me.

Apart from it was raining this morning, so I didn't get the bike out the garage.

But if I did get the bike out the garage, then I might have been on the road and the bus might have killed me

I also don't recall saying I crashed in the first place? I titled it first potentially major crash not first major crash which for those who don't know means it could have potentially been a major crash if he'd managed to hit me.

The driver was probably someone of bcf. Whoever it was, better luck next time.

Ah, I see what happened now, it was your grammar that crashed, not you.

Taken from Wiki.

Yawning

Quote:
A yawn is a reflex consisting of the simultaneous inhalation of air and the stretching of the eardrums, followed by an exhalation of breath. Pandiculation is the act of yawning and stretching simultaneously.

Yawning most often occurs in adults immediately before and after sleep, during tedious activities and as a result of its infectious quality. It is commonly associated with tiredness, stress, overwork, lack of stimulation and boredom, though studies show it may be linked to the cooling of the brain. In humans, yawning is often triggered by others yawning (e.g., seeing a person yawning, talking to someone on the phone who is yawning) and is a typical example of positive feedback.

This "infectious" yawning has also been observed in chimpanzees, dogs, and can occur across species. Approximately 20 physiological reasons for yawning have been proposed by scholars, but there is little agreement about its main functions.

This, a description of yawning, is (amazingly) far more enthralling than the drivel you spout. Laughing .

Sit down and catch your breath, and I'll make you a nice cup of hot, sweet tea.

On topic, I guess the question for OP is: why were you overtaking by (I infer) trying to squeeze past using a hatched central area, rather than being way over on the RHS of the road if you could see that it was clear?

People pull out without looking. White vans especially do that. Surely you've noticed this? Ride as though they have poor obs. Ride as though they'll do the stupidest thing imaginable. In fact, ask yourself "If that were me, what would I do?"

This.

When overtaking more than 1 vehicle at a time, you ALWAYS run the risk that one of the other cars in the queue is going to have the same idea as you.

Be alert to this, and all will be well.
