ACF 50
Spray/brush/wipe on and forget......
My bike gets washed about twice a year with this stuff on. One major clean if I can be bothered in spring. ____________________ Just because my bike was A DIVVY, does not mean i am...... |

Another vote for ACF-50, the comparison tests they came out on top.
How ever the validity of the test is unknown to me ____________________ Malaguti F12 Phantom-Dead, Suzuki AY50- Dead, NRG power DD LQ, CBR125.

ACF 50 is the stuff to go for if you're riding through winter. Otherwise, it's a bit much for day to day and does attract and hold the grime (while keeping it off the actual bike), so GT85/WD40 are good. ____________________ Honda Varadero 125cc => Suzuki Bandit 650 33bhp => 77bhp =>

Thanks for the responses everyone... Looks like it's between the ACF50 and GT85 for an all over maintenance spray then.
From what you've all said GT85 seems like a more regular treatment, and ACF seems like a longer term spray it on and forget about keeping your bike clean treatment.
As such would you say its best to use GT85 in the summer when I wash my bike weekly (ie cover the whole bike liberally with the stuff) and ACF once (or maybe twice) just before winter and then wash it all off when summer starts to rear its head?
Do either of these products effect decals, stickers, plastic trim etc or are they perfectly safe? I've read varying accounts online and Id prefer to ask people I know actually use the stuff! ____________________ Currently riding: GSX650
