So I'm in the market for a new 125 with less shit brakes etc.

If I go to view this bike, what other damage should I look out for than they listed?
Does it seem like the front steering is misaligned or is it just my eyes?
(not sure if this was the right area to post this, but it concerns broken stuff on a bike) ____________________ The above post is most likely nonsensical.

Broken lock set (surprisingly expensive), if the steering stops are still there (MOT fail), also the loom (frustrating to fix). ____________________ Spain 2008France 2007Big one 2009 We all die. I guess I will keep looking then, I certainly don't need another money pit of a bike.
Cheers tho, gives me some stuff to look out for when viewing other bikes ____________________ The above post is most likely nonsensical.

Bits that would need sorting:
Tyres - £98
Lock set - Igniton's already been replaced, if the tank cap is fucked, any key or screwdriver should open it.
Rear light - £20
Headlight - £25
Service - £26
Plate - £7
MOT - £30 |
FTFY, you could do it all for around £200. |

Adding to that;
Pretty much anything in that price range will require a service virtually as soon as you get it home and a MOT very soon after
if not immediately so deduct those.
Edited; Tyres = add a fitting charge.
What is the value of that bike in good used condition ?
It looked a piss easy, cheap, half day, fix to me.
( only took the slightest notice as it was semi local ) ____________________ Remember; Someone on here always has a blacker cat. |
