Whats with the fake holes on the lower fairing? The original didn't have them...

I like the idea of it, but it doesn't suit the lines of the bike. I love the scheme on the old one as it suited it perfectly and the colours suited the times

Just shows how naive and not street smart I am.
I read "Urban Tiger" and think it's related to a Triumph Tiger motorcycle.

£436 more @ £13,735 gets you this with some goodies including a silencer thrown in:

Know what I would choose, and it don't look like a tiger!

Sick

Also, I think that the new Fireblades paint scheme in the op makes it look somewhat dated. Wouldn't be something I'd go for personally. Thumbs Down

Maybe but, like parachute pants, some things are best left in the past and forgotten about.

Yuck. Just a marketing exercise looking for victims.

The original urban tiger scheme was so popular because the blade of that era was the fastest thing on the road. Sure, it was a little flighty but otherwise was awesome compared to anything else out there.

This is just a paintjob - a marketing exercise for the naïve. Yuck.

Always preferred this colour scheme myself:

Especially because my beloved dead CBR was in the same colours:

I guess that if they never sell one it'll prove it's the wrong thing to do but I bet they will, by the bucketful.

Then see this, the Granny Annexe was completed yesterday, so I just had to ride my bike up the wheelchair ramp and straight in. They weren't totally impressed, I laughed my tits off!
Although it's worth noting, this is actually nothing like the original Castrol scheme, but I like it nonetheless. Ignore the massive whale tail topbox, going away tomorrow.https://i1312.photobucket.com/albums/t525/wotsthestory/Fireblade/B8E69AAC-0CC0-46FE-9F91-BEA57B66CC1A_zpszfxqetev.jpg~original

The one on my 600 isn't a perfect replica either but as long as the lines are there I think it looks cool more so on a Blade (especially yours with the red wheels and green hugger top box or not).

If you ever come to part with it, dibs Mr. Green
