EDIT: Anyway, smelly piss indicates a couple of things. Not enough water in your body (drink more) or a infection, but that'd also make your pride red or painful (like pissing sand).

By the way, how's the colour of your piss? If darker yellow, it's the water thing. If darker brown, your liver might be giving up. Also some food colours and makes your piss smell, if you stop eating that, it'll clear up.

Also, it takes quite some time till the Aids or rather HIV even starts, not just a week.
