Old bike used this on the bars https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/5-GPS-SAT-NAV-Waterproof-Leather-Case-Cover-Pouch-Mount-Holder-Motorcycle-Bike/361009532251?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222008%26algo%3DSIC.MOTORS%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D24195%26meid%3D8772656770140641465%26pid%3D100005%26prg%3D10285%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D261491466827&rt=nc . It did the job ok.

Current bike has clip ons and I thought the stem mounts were stupidly overpriced so use this which lies flat on the yoke https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/151262718798?_trksid=p2060778.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT . Again does the job ok and has room for a pack of fags behind the GPS

are you me Laughing

I can't be bothered to figure out/don't know how to mount my S3 to my yoke so I just rely on the spoken instructions instead.. They aren't too bad, at least I dont have to look down at my phone to see where I need to go.

Typically just the voice & road signs & a bit of luck is enough for long distances.

Ram mount shipped with my Garmin, it does bother me I can't get it
dead central, but other than that am happy with the mount.
It's good being able to control the MP3 player like you can in a car.

Another vote for RAM mount. On clutch mounting bolts. Then 4" arm onto satnav.

When I was going ghetto with an old car TomTom (710) I used sticky-backed Velcro strips to hold it on the screen, just above the instruments... perfect for glancing at.

Now I have a big boy's bike GPS (TomTom Urban Rider) I use a Telferizer steering stem nut conversion and Ram mount.

I fitted a copper bar across my screen/front fairing which I can mount all kinds of fun things to, including my nav, sits above dials so can still see everything,

shall take a pic on my break at work

I use a 12mm allen key into the steering stem, with one of these https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bike-Bicycle-Waterproof-Phone-Case-Cover-Bag-Pouch-Handlebar-Mount-Holder-Cradle-/141307802216?pt=UK_MobilePhones_MobilePhonesCasesPouches&var=&hash=item20e699f268 attached to it, instantly removable, and dirt cheap. Works a charm Smile
