Just the other night I was thinking to myself, I wish I could find a video of a CBR500r going flat out on the autobahn. I was especially hoping that it would be filmed by a high quality GoPro 3+ in 1080p.

Thanks.

Bet you didn't imagine in your wildest dreams that it would be 11 minutes and 19 seconds long too.

Jackpot.

I had to check it wasn't Christmas! Such was my delight.

But, it wasn't all good, I confess. Silly thoughts kept me awake last night. "What if YouTube lose the video? What if it is deleted?" Well, we can stop worrying. I have download a copy, and placed it in secure online and offline storage.

It's preserved for future generations.

Are you about to lose control? You might find you'll like it.

It feels so odd, when I realize I have never owned a motorcycle, that'd be that slow. Considering the GPz ran on 3 cylinder every now and then, it was still faster than this brand new motorcycle, with modern DFi units and ignition system. Confused

So 170km/h with normal position, 175km/h with lying flat on the tank, after you made a U-turn it reached 180km/h, but up to 160km seems to be practical speed and acceleration for me. I can say CB400SF(vtec02) was faster than this bike.
p.s. Only 400cc version of this bike (CBR400R) is available here, so it must be slower than this bike(maybe practical blow 150km/h?).

The newest Kawasaki 300 thingy has a supposed top speed not far off of 110mph?

Must be a much more fun engine to play on?

110mph indicated will be like 100mph real speed.

Define ''not going slow''.

It's not that 100mph is slow, but the time spent to get there is. Thumbs Up
