Can't help you with the models you've listed, but I owned a 2011 from brand new and put around 6500-7000 miles on it during the year I owned it - rode it daily through the entire array of British weather.
Bike was awesome, couldn't fault it at all. Didn't have a single problem, not even a 'what was that' moment.
Comes with a steering damper as standard ____________________ Previous: MY2011 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R (Sold!), MY2012 Honda CBF125 (White, Sold!), MY2013 Kawasaki ER6F (White, Sold!)

05 for a bargain, 06 for wear and tear, and general newer version, but practically the same bike. Check mileage of course.
Butterfly valve can be an arse, but if you change the can as most do, you'll have the FI light to contend with....just buy a servo buddy, and plug that in instead of the servo motor.
Chances are if you are looking for an 05/06 it'll probably have a servo buddy on it, and if you have electric tape over the FI light, then it's potentially an easy and cheap fix.
07 they stopped making the 636 also, something to consider....I could've gone with a newer 636, but didn't like the aesthetics of the stubby low down can.
Under seat exhaust and free winter butt warming FTW. ____________________ If everything seems under control, you're just not going fast enough. |

Got an 08 plate P7F. I chose it purely because i love the underseat exhaust
Ive never rode it anywhere near its limits but i love it. ____________________ G reg Honda CB1 400; 06 Kawasaki ER6F abs, X reg Bandit 600sy. 1998 Cb600f Hornet. 08 zx6r current. |

I've got a 08 P8F and love it, plenty of go and handles very well. I had an old G2 before and the difference between the 1998 bike and the 2008 is quite vast. The 08 is lighter, more nimble and quicker.
Ridden in isolation you'll be happy with any of the zx6r's from the last 6 or 7 years. Even ridden back to back you'll probably not notice a vast difference especially on the road.
