BCF Touring twattery

If anyone is planning a bcf meet/trip/tour, do as we do and give a booking reference that must be quoted if changing or cancelling any booking. No reference, no changes.

Only the person sorting it has the ref.

We've done this for meets and I advised others to do the same which this weekend proved it's worth.

Somebody phoned the camp site for the wales camping weekend to say it was cancelled and nobody would be arriving on the Friday but didn't quote the reference and so the site immediately phoned the OP to clarify.

Just be aware that people with no life and no brain cells are out to give themselves a hardon by ruining trips.

As Marm said - and sensibly advised, there appears to be someone/s on the forum with an odd interest in trying to spoil trips for people something to bare in mind as it could of caused some delays and aggrivation for our group if we hadn't been cautious booking it up.

Thankfully though they just wasted their time on a pointless phonecall and we had a good unaffected weekend
